Teachers always say "you're right" when I talk in class.

Are my teachers just trying to shut me up? How can I tell?

One of the things about the spectrum is not getting "obviousness".
Things that are easy and things that are hard are not the same for any two people, but most NTs have the areas roughly similar. Autistics can be far away from this average.
It is possibe that your remarks are in the region of "obvious" for NTs, even if they are not obvious for you. It's independent from your IQ, I've seen Math professors like that.

Since this is your first post, Welcome to Wrong Planet!

I took Calculus in my first year of college. I knew all the answers because I had taken an equivalent course in High School. After the first few days of class and raising my hand and correctly answering any question the professor asked, the professor then changed the way he asked the question.

He always began by "Anyone other than jimmy m. know the answer to this question?"
