Is true that people are either small, medium or large built/boned or is that a myth?

People come in all shapes sizes and builds, and do not fall neatly into "small medium and large" categories.

By extra large built I don’t really mean how tall a person is but how wide/broad they are.

Yes but they are not always large built

People come in all shapes sizes and builds, and do not fall neatly into "extra small, small, medium, large, and extra large" categories. People are built however they are built.
