Trump and Hitler almost certainly could've been diagnosed with Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

In rare cases, it is possible for some people with ASD to have conduct disorders.

It is not studied that much, because most studies and statistics point out that most people with mental health and developmental disorders, unless you have conduct disorders are ten times more likely to be victims than being perpetrators compare to control group.
