My guess is she will have a C-section anyways. So it shouldn't be that much more painful with a few hundred antennas, an elephant trunk, neck like a giraffe, and udders like a cow than if it turns out to be a normal baby.

It's usually the case for 13 yr olds who get pregnant - they will need a c-section to avoid getting fistula which will mean coping with years of physical pain following childbirth
