I'm going to stop by a really big western wear store on Tuesday of next week. I think that I'll get a bandanna or two while I'm there just in case.

So a new straw hat (my felt hat has years of use left in it)
boots
maybe another bolo tie
a couple more pearl snap shirts
and a bandanna.

I am just going to wear a plastic bag over my head. That will keep me safe.

Most people think that the masks are there to keep you from getting sick. The reality is, they are most effective at keeping someone who is sick from passing the illness to everyone else in the room by coughing or sneezing.

Think about it. When was the last time you went to a doctor's office and they had a sign telling you to wear a mask if you aren't sick? If the mask was to keep you from getting sick, then that would make sense. They are there to greatly reduce the number of harmful germs whenever you cough or sneeze.

A plastic bag over the head would be somewhat effective at keeping the germs away. After all, a mask, except maybe a gas mask, will leave your eyes exposed.

Our local Australian retailers have their own way to avoid Coronavirus...it's also "old fashioned"

I've come down with a pretty good cold.

I have a white hat, a number of pearl snap shirts, none of them black, and a red bandana (if i can find it).

Actually... I misread that sign as "our WAITRESSES are Australian made".

So that's why I thought of that old country hit.

Just now realized that its not a restaurant, and that it says "mattresses".

But what the heck? I will just leave Oakridge Boys vid up.

I had the flu earlier but it was pretty mild. Just mainly a mild fever with aches and pains. My body was cooking something out of me. Lasted a couple of days.

Maybe that was a sign at a brothel or something. In that case, it wouldn't matter which way you read the sign.
