Rented "Trainspotting" from my local library. It's from 1996. There were gross things in it but it wasn't too bad - interesting.

One of the best science fiction movies that I ever saw was called "Forbidden Planet". It was way ahead of its time. It was from 1956. But then again it was from the eyes of a young child at the time.

Maybe Hollywood should consider doing a remake on this film!

Yes I was assuming a discussion on Citizen Cane, Ivan the Terrible 1 & 2 and so forth...

As far as 90s go though: I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve rewatched Scream.

Can I also give a shout out for the original Wicker Man?
Only horror movie that’s actually horrifying.

The version with Christopher Lee and Edward Woodward? Proper scary!
Just humans, doing what they think is right.

If we're talking 90s movies, greatest of all time is Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction

Yeah: there was a remake done (10ish?) years ago. Nicholas Cage in Edward Woodward’s role, changed the setting to US and altered various set-up points to comment on modern political whatsits from what I heard.
I’ve refused to watch it, because I like the original too much to risk having it spoiled.

Yeah i hate New versions of old movies too, also involving politics in unrelated things really annoys me. And if it has Nicholas Cage count me out automatically hahah.
