I’m sorry you’re going through this. Have you heard from many of your friends?

Yes we talk on Zoom all day. I'm hearing rough news from New York. How is your mum? You should all stay inside as much as possible.
You are not still working are you?

Similar restrictions here (with a few differences) for 3 weeks from tomorrow.

My mother is okay.

She will take a cab for her infusion tomorrow.

I can’t take her. A doctor has told me to self-isolate.

Is it crucial for her to go? Hospitals are the worst place for someone with low immunity, if it's not life or death I would think it best not to go.

It’s not a hospital. It’s an “infusion center.” They take in one patient at a time.

She’s 85 years old. She probably needs the infusions to stay alive.

Sending love around the world, to all members and families who are ill.

Yes it's probably essential. Would she wear a mask and gloves? Keep safe all of you

She would wear any protection that’s available for her. At the very least, they would provide her with a mask.

Just because of vitamin C to prevent an inflammation
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... MIN-C.html
100 grams cost about 2 Euros in a drugstore here and are as much as you need in 3 years.
6 grams intravenous a day seem much to much to me but up to a gram in some tea or water is uncritical.
I add it sometimes instead of lemon to my tea and other food.

She will need protection in the taxi.
