Good news: My psychologist says I don't have autism/aspergers
Specifically she said that I may have some symptoms but not the diagnosis.

Bad news: That means I'm leaving this platform.

Just because you found out you are not on the spectrum doesn't mean you have to leave WP.

Yes indeed, Joe90 is right. There's no reason at all to leave our WP because of that. We don't only have folk here who are 100% on the spectrum.

No reason to leave this platform.
The only requirement for WP members is respect to the autistic community.
If you relate to experiences of autistic people here, your contribution is most welcome and you can benefit from contribution of others here.

I have a CBT psychologist and a psychiatrist.

I think that they do sometimes

However, I'm not sure whether they are able to diagnose

I was diagnosed by a Psychiatrist

Perhaps different countries have different protocols?
