Literally just read this:

https://www.cnn.com/2020/04/13/politics ... index.html

While I’d prefer it were the other way around, this is a close second. I like that convo seems pretty real. No BS from BS, and no malarkey from Joe. :P

Sounds like they truly could work together - maybe in a higher capacity than Potus Senator relations? Sanders for VP?

Timing is also much better than last go around. Unifying Now = much better probability of turfing the orange guy.

Even if we're disappointed with the results, we still need to remember that if we don't vote blue this November, then we have another four years of Trump... or of Pence if Trump's heart explodes from all those Big Macs.

I miss the "Good Old Days" when my only choices for president were something other than "Anyone but ______" and not voting for anyone at all.

Whichever way the election breaks, we're doomed.

All those people that voted for Biden because they did not want a socialist or thought a socialist can't win are going to be pissed when Biden runs on a platform with heavy Sanders influence.

WAY more doomed if it’s another 4 years of president comacheeto than if Biden takes the reigns. At least there will be stability vs hourly turnover of “acting,” positions.

Most people probably think that Trump is better equipped to repair the economic damage caused by the lockdowns.

Based on what?

His track record of bankrupting casinos and other businesses?

Based on the perception of how well the economy did under his administration.

Which was based on him taking over everything the Obama administration set in motion.

Meanwhile he’s managed to increase some numbers BIGLY, I’ll give trump that.. mostly tax breaks for the wealthy and national debt for everyone else.

Nonetheless many are attributing it to Trump.

My aunt is working class and she received a huge tax break when she filed a few days ago. Her coworkers are saying the same. And she works in a huge industry. And then there's the stimulus pay on top of that. If that is what is happening across the board, then the perception is going to be that Trump cut their taxes.
