Rwanda genocide suspect captured in Paris

Rwandan genocide suspect Felicien Kabuga ,who is accused of funding militias that massacred about 800,000 people,was arrested today near Paris after 26 years on the run.
The 84 year old,who is Rwanda's most wanted man and had a 5 million dollar or equivelant there of,bounty on his head,was living under a false identity in a flat in Asnieres-Sur-Seine.
Kabuga was indicted in 1997 on seven counts including genocide and incitement to commit genocide,all related to the 1994 Rwanda genocide.
Rwanda's main ethnic groups are Hutus and Tutis who fought a civil war in the 90's,since 1994,Felicien had stayed with impunity in Germany,Belgium,Switzerland,Congo-Kinshasa and Kenya.
Two other genocide suspects,Augustin Bizimana and Protais Mpiranya,are still being pursued by international justice.
