Humans are social, these insects are eusocial.

Yes. Its a false analogy to compare humans with bees/wasps/termites.

A human city doesnt rely on one female to do all of the reproducing while the rest are "workers".

But...oddly enough there is one mammal that has evolved a social structure much like that of bees and ants. And its not humans. It is the African mole rat.

Speaking of strange "animal facts" the African mole rat is strange wrapped in strange!
...

They've just discovered that one South American cockroach species is eusocial. Cockroaches are fairly sociable insects, but Melyroida magnifica actually has queens and workers. Makes sense to me- cockroaches are the termites' closest relatives. (Bees, ants and social wasps are all closely related to each other, but not to termites.)

Other invertebrates in the eusocial club include aphids, beetles and mites

Sharks have shining eyes. Like cats or raccoons, they have a tapetum lucidum: a reflecting layer in their eyes that helps them see in low light conditions.

There are a few species of catfish that have adapted to live and swim upside-down.

Corvids are the most intelligent birds. Crows/Ravens/Magpies/Jays they are corvids and they are awesome.

There is a community of crows around where I live, and they are fun to observe, well also I know the song birds and stuff wont be around so much in the winter, but the crows will still be active. So it will be enjoyable to watch their winter activities lol maybe then I can convince them to take a cat treat or two from me. I have tried offering them to them, but they are skittish and I worry I just freak them out. I did leave some cat treats out for them because none would come close and next time I checked they were gone, but can't be sure the crows took them or if a squirrel or some other critter ate them. IDk I found some internet things were saying crows may go for things like that, and I had some cat treats from my moms house that the cats didn't like so I figured I'd see if the crows liked them. And well I never found out...all I found is the treats being gone and not knowing who ate them. For all I know a stray cat came and ate them before the crows ever even noticed them.

Caecilians are limbless burrowing amphibians- they look a bit like giant earthworms, or like slow-worms (which are reptiles.) Some of them give birth to live young. But the ones which lay eggs feed their offspring by growing a nutrient-rich outer layer of skin for the babies to gnaw off.
