I tool 100mg of Tylenol for my headache. It worked for a while.

It's too hot for me right now. Headache.

I know this is several days late and with luck, your headache has subsided. However-- as someone who has bad migraines (20+ migraine days a month)-- perhaps I can offer some advice:

1. Get to a cool, quiet, dark place
2. Cold compresses can help. Some people like them.
3. Especially on hot days- hydrate. Have a liter of water and a gatorade or other "power" drink with sugar and electrolytes
4. I find that ibuprofen works better for headache than Tylenol. The children's version (liquid) will work faster and just dose according to the tablets you would take.
5. Advil migraine (its a hard to find treasure) without caffeine is gold for me in the OTC (US market). There is also excedrin.
6. You can also try aspirin. Some people respond better to that than to anything else.
7. Aleve/Naproxen is another choice. Be careful to not take too much or take all of these drugs at the same time.

Lots and lots of headaches can be a sign something is wrong. But one or two headaches is just a sign that you are still alive. I understand the pain. It sucks a bucket load.
