I want to apologize to everyone I’ve had conflicts with on here and I wish my suffering would stop.

I told ya your communication with others on here has come a looooong way in the last year or so. 8)

Obvi you’ve made some changes and they’re helping. Now’s the time to ask yourself what your next change might be to move towards said suffering stopping.

I’m currently taking TMS treatments and I’m trying to socialize with others whenever I can because if I am alone at home, I start to suffer both mentally and physically.

I’d certainly like to see you with higher levels of self-worth and self-respect, and a higher degree of contentment with one or more aspects of your life.

Hope this treatment helps you move in that direction.

i'm very glad you got to have the TMS, that sounds like a pretty good treatment overall, at least compared to ECT, i'm glad you did NOT get ECT.

When you say suffer physically, what do you mean? Are you physically unwell?

I know it's probably difficult, but see if you can find some manner of physical excersise, and do that on a schedule. Start lightly then increase slowly. The point is the feeling of progress, not performance.

Interesting. Haven’t heard of that. Just read about it on the mayo clinic’s website. Curious to hear your own reviews of it during & after. 8)

Dear Marknis , have not noticed any issues with You and myself , so that’s one thing .No need to apologize.
Occasionally some patients undergoing TMS. Have a bit of anxiety .... this is common .
Was made aware that can easily go on into the 3rd and fourth weeks of treatment . found for myself had to ask the doctor for some additional medications for anxiety . Which he seemed happy to do this .
When was into 2 nd week of treatment found myself wanting to lay down. For about a hour , after each treatment.
You may not need that. good luck , hope your treatments go well .
