When precious lil "people" have the nerve to tell me that "you don't care about anyone except yourself!"

(It appears that they care about a lot of people but everyone they care about is similar to them and cares about them vice versa)

They are in the majority

Grotesquely and grossly misunderstood constantly

Treated like public enemy when my ruptured rectum is just a public nuisance

Being the most creative person in the room and not having the language capacity to share that.

My worst thing is the worry and fear that I'll have a public meltdown from sensory overload.

That's understandable because autism has comorbids that can make it very disabling for some, like some not being able to speak, work a job, need 24/7 care. But autism isn't always bad and it can actually be good at times to and a lot of autistics can live nice and fulfilling lives.

There are several things that are very hard to live with, but they all ultimately come down to "other people."

Wandering thoughts and looping on stuff. Ie dwelling on things, overthinking every minute detail and not being able to explain things in a way that most people get or at least not feel judged by.

Anyone agree?

Dani.

Right now for me it's nervous system dysregulation.
Getting stressed out, even over small things, and my body not being able to release it properly, so that tension builds up.
I used to walk it off but now my plantar fasciitis is too painful.
It makes me physically and mentally ill.

Walking helps with a calming rhythm and some burning of adrenalin, but there are many other exercises that do both better.
