I am less concerned about Trump than I was - say - two years ago.

His destructive potential has somewhat been curtailed by his own incompetence.

However, the damage Donald Trump has done to international cooperation cannot easily be undone, and I fear that he may have hastened the relative decline of Western civilization.

To be fair, one of the criminal gangs is both neoliberal and neoconservative, at least it was until they invited paleocons and white nationalists to take over.

May I also just say that this fad of basing political discourse strictly on fear strikes me as weak & un-American?

IDGAF what you're scared of, what I do know is that you make poor decisions when you're focusing on the fear.
