As a young child I felt so delusional, used to have severe learning disorders and I also used have severe communication delays.

I had false believes and preoccupation with fantasy, such as imaginary friends that caused me severe distress from my early childhood.

I did not feel well when I was a young child, my symptoms of ASD was severe to the point where I felt mentally ill, with learning disorders

I also had voices in my head when I was a young childhood.

My symptoms of ASD got improved, but I did develop social skills much later than usual and I still feel delusional to this day ( I do have history of being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, that included psychotic features )

When I was 0-6 years old, I would only see poker face from anyone I saw.

These are my history of symptoms.

My history of Learning Disability and Pervasive Developmental Disorder:

( My symptoms of Autism from my early childhood, late childhood to early adolescence and some symptoms are still present in adulthood )

● Profound Dyscalculia
● Moderate Dyslexia and Dysgraphia
● Diminished capacity from ( my early childhood )
● I might have a hard time to distinguish fact from fiction, but I could see right through some visual illusion and might seem not to be susceptible to some kinds of optical or might not be fooled by illusion
● I don't see illusions normally
● Trouble with changes in the environment
● I sometimes have a hard time grasping what is fake and real
● Developed social skills much later than usual
● Speech delay ( I used to have speech delay a long time ago )
● Coordination problems ( I don't have the problem anymore )
● Late potty training ( I don't have that problem anymore )
● Delusional interests and repetitive behaviors
● Self-injuries or self-abuse ( I don't have that problem anymore )
● Sensory Issues

As an adult, I became better at reading or understanding emotions, facial cues and body languages.

Why do you keep making threads asking and wondering whether stuff that is not autism might actually be autism? Do you think any and every symptom known to medical science might be a symptom of autism?

Delusions are not a form of ASD. They may be a comorbid. They may be an effect of chronic stress overload that may be a result of multiple unadressed or mis-adressed difficulties.
