They refuse to take off their rose colored glasses, and others have the same ideologies as him.

Strange...

I had understood that they were very social, and people were complaining about their socialising in large numbers (particularly when not wearing masks, etc.).

I also understood that they complain about others being antisocial with their riots and property destruction.

being a maskhole and deliberately spreading one's infectious germs around is antisocial, you don't find non-magas doing that crap.

Setting aside the minor detail that you can only spread infectious germs if you have something infectious: Does this mean that you plan (and expect others) to continue wearing masks as a permanent "requirement", even once the current pandemic is over (after all, people will still have the same possibilty of having other infectious diseases (flu for example))?

East Asians start wearing masks whenever any disease outbreaks.
Why not learn from them?

Not sure what your picture is in aid of...

And you didn't answer the previous question: Do you plan (and expect others) to continue wearing masks as a permanent "requirement", even once the current pandemic is over (after all, people will still have the same possibilty of having other infectious diseases (flu for example))? I believe that it is a common practice in some asian countries for people who are sick to wear a mask, and so was wondering if you expect it to become more prevalent\mandated in countries such as the USA? Further, given that you were complaining about people who may not even be infectious not wearing a mask, did you expect the requirement would be to wear a mask regardless of possibility\probability of having something contageous.

Good idea magz. The whole world would have impaired ability to read faces. Even the playing field for artists.

In the state of Victoria mask-wearing is likely to be a permanent state of affairs now that pandoras box has been opened by Daniel Andrews.

Well, doctors and surgeons and nurses wear medical masks so why are they not arguing about oppression? After all they are not sick and don't need to wear one but do anyway without a fuss. Why can't everyone else be that way too?

Trump is not a sociopath.
He is a narcissist, *imo*. 8)

I am not defending Trump.
I am not a Trump fanboy.
You asked the question.
I am giving you an answer.

No doubtedly, some voters consider this:
More coloured people have jobs now. Many more, I believe.
The percentage increase in wages, for coloured people, are well in advance of other demographics.
Trump is bringing back manufacturing into America.
Trump is pushing back against kh*na.
Trump is addressing IP theft.
Trump is re-aligning trade agreements that were disadvantaging America.
Trump is making NATO pay its way.
Trump is a businessman and not a warmonger.
Trump has a cute daughter.

Strangely, down here, it was exceedingly uncommon to see doctors or nurses wearing masks prior to the pandemic (even in "casualty"\"Accident and Emergency"\"ED"\whatever it is termed elsewhere). I would suggest it was also similar in most other countries, as there was no huge increase in medical practitioners when the pandemic began, yet there was concern over PPE levels, indicating a greater than usual need for items like masks by those people began at, or around, that time.

Surgeons (and those involved in surgery) would use them, but that is related to the risk of infection connected to the surgery, and they were only worn for that purpose, and not when "consulting".

It will be interesting to see whather they become a part of standard medical wear in the future, but I doubt they are likely to remain in frequent use amongst the public once the pandemic is considered to be over.
