Here is my economic theory: Pay it Forward Economics involves businesses signing a contract with the reception of necessary startup and expansion funds, agreeing to allocate profit or excess profits, as mathematically defined in the terms of the contract, to public interest. Allocation decisions can be outsourced to consultation organizations comprised of economists, sociologists, business and/or consumer behavior specialists and experts. Pay it Forward businesses can fund small businesses, other large Pay it Forward businesses, research, art commissions, nonprofits and mass public payouts. The contract terms for businesses funded can be diversified from the funding business’s contract terms within specified limitations to enable reasonable compromises and diversification of Pay it Forward contracts and enable more coordinated funding efforts. Checks sent to consumers ought to be small enough and largely distributed enough such that more people are reached and more secure, diversified portfolios of universal basic income can eventually be achieved.

The shift we will see over time is from uncertain trust in the trickle down effect, to public audits and pooling economic investment funds by the coordinated efforts of reputable consulting organizations or businesses, rather than by individuals in the top percentiles of wealth. The result, as the trend snowballs, will be more jobs, better salaries and working conditions, less tax avoidance and a fairer society. We also need to acknowledge the devastating effects poor economic behaviors have had on our nation (USA) and the rest of the world, and better understand and accept responsibility to help seed economic recovery and environmental protection locally and globally. We need to strive to be a more conscientious and scientifically innovative people. Epistemic vigilance implies an empathetic approach, especially by humbly discerning what you think you know from what you might not know, and critically learning what sources of information to trust. It is every adult citizen’s responsibility to actively research and discuss potential policy measures, and vote if able to do so. In the future, after thorough debate, some places may need to enact policy to ensure new and potentially existing housing rental businesses are non-profit, small or pay it forward businesses. Artists, curators, writers, and scientists who have earned patents, especially for environmentally sustainable endeavors, will still be encouraged to profit and own the rights to their works, and cultural value of innovation and expression is to be sustained or improved.

The next step is the founding of Pay it Forward allocation and contract consultation businesses and organizations that prioritize public interest and improvement, including protection of our climate and biosphere. We must now also encourage development of Pay it Forward contracts and the grant or crowd funding starts of Pay it Forward Businesses. For an adaptive, more peaceful and flourishing world, it is time to initiate Pay it Forward Economics.

Anyways, it’s not Exactly what you describe to a T, buuut, the business world is already doing something similar to what you propose. They’re called “B Corporations,” and are created with the intent of doing good with some of their profits vs being purely motivated by maximizing profits for themselves and their shareholders. Right from their formation they put in writing that X $ or % goes to abc or xyz good cause and that’s their purpose of pursuing profit on the first place - to fund something else. Community services, environmental protection etc - I think they can vary widely. Certified B Corporations are kind of like having a Certified Organic label - they have to meet certain standards and likely pay for the certification for the bran recognition of being a registered B Corp so people are the label and know they can be trusted to do the good they say they’ve set out to do with some of their profits.

Then there are also entirely new businesses who’s intent is Not to make a profit. Ever. It’s Only to sustain itself and All excess funds go to charity/philanthropy etc. Business people can do whatever they want, after all, and more and more are choosing to say F capitalism’s endless greed and do good instead.

Thank you, the central focus of my theory is how it can snowball and make for diversified portfolios of universal basic income. It's a greater scheme and theory/ proposal than what exists and has been discussed. Also, shareholders, apart from scalable incomes by business team members, are necessarily excluded. This is how to really minimize the wealth gap. It is for public profit and awards the business team members within reason. Thank you, though I think the theory is more than the model with how it replicates and diversifies within parameters by contract, making it adaptive and dynamic like evolution and biodiversity. We can replace easily iterated products with pay it forward business models and the theory is a massive motion for that.

Sooo. I have a company which makes profit. I pay part of that profit to a small start-up. I own the start-up and am the CEO. The startup makes profit and pays part of it to a small start-up. I own that start-up and am its CEO.

And so on. I think it's called shell corporations and is a well established way of avoiding taxes on profits. - taxes however basically are what you're proposing: you pay part of your profit for education, arts, healthcare, etc.

Pay it forward businesses have to pay regular taxes as part of their initiative is to not avoid taxes. This will be dictated in the terms of the contracts. Team members have scalable incomes and the contracts can be termed to avoid exploiting with funded companies. I need a team to help develop optimal contracts.
