Last week, I created an autism dating survey on google docs. I might chip in and applaud this effort.
A few things to consider
1. Even though this is an informal survey the nature of the questions might trigger some prospective participants from participating
2. Is the platform used to garner responses able to reach a wide cross section of people with autism and NTs? or ar the users specific to the demographic who use the online platform used?
3. Are the autistic users representative of all people with autism or (as I suspect) hitting users who are in the highest end of the spectrum?
4. Finally how does the data vary across age groups, financial status etc...social and relationship status?
Yep, it sux to be an autistic male.
I'm going to book in for gender reassignment surgery, next week.

But based on those stats, my social life wasn't all that bad, after all.

Don't take the fun out of our misery.

Most of the people who took this survey were from Facebook and Reddit groups and occasionally some forum sites. I'm assuming that most people who took this survey were on the high-functioning side of autism.

Yep there's the silent majority in the autism bracket who aren't experiencing sex let alone relationships

But I'm an aspie woman, so obviously I don't have any problems at all.

Sex is overrated.

I’m biologically female and perfectly happy with the knowledge that it’s as close to certain as things get that I will die a virgin. But then again, I’m not so “high-functioning,” and people can tell that at a glance.

I'm not allowed to post the survey, but I will post results of the survey.

Well considering that according to this survey, 17% of women are either aromantic, asexual, or both, you are not alone.
