Passed my thesis defense

This morning for 2.5 hours I participated in my defense. I gave a virtual presentation for the first half hour, answered general questions for the next half hour, then was questioned by just my defense committee about the contents of thesis for the hour or so. Then I waited for 20 minutes outside the meeting and came back. They told me I passed. I will be receiving a Master of Science degree officially in May and am now effectively done with school beyond a few thesis edits and officially submitting the thing to the university.

The end of school for me. This will be a big change.

I hope I find work soon too. Had an interview on Monday that should be getting back to me soon with some news.

Will celebrate by relaxing with Aurora, maybe taking a walk outside if its not too cold.

To be very specific:

Cryology -> rheology testing

Its also in the broader sense a Geology degree, where I will be looking for work.
