The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

It's not working for me. I am not understood.

Like in this forum like right here. What if this is available to post a problem and try to find peer to peer help.

Do you have family, friends or someone who loves you?

I'm sorry they didn't understand and help you. Are you feeling suicidal?

Please try again and maybe get someone different who does understand. Is there someone in your real life you could talk to? It's important that you keep trying, until you find someone who can understand and help.

I don't think anyone here is qualified to deal with suicide issues, but please post about problems which may be making you feel depressed and like life isn't worth living. There may be someone here who has had the same problem and they could offer suggestions or share their experience.

Do you have any special interests?

Even if weird, do tell us.

I'm trying to think of a special interest that is not weird. I don't like my steps. I have an idea to redesign steps. I want the height of each step to be less high. A shorter height each and every individual step. And I want a bigger surface area so that feet fully and completely rests on the surface of a step so that feet are entirely on the step without hanging off an edge.

A Thelma and Louise sequel could be done. Supposing they didn't die. Or perhaps when we die we only crossover to a parallel universe and continue where we left off.

I've pissed off people. I could be dead. I am in hell. This place doesn't make sense. When I see the Flintstones now, and they are having a meal, I have a craving for dinosaur meat.

What was the date Thelma and Louise drove off the cliff? What if it was Ground Hog day.

Why does Bill Gates keep talking about University graduates? University Graduates are idiots.

Now I don’t get you...

And Bill Gates is a college dropout.

Maybe I'm an idiot? I entertain the possibility.

Did you mention you were on the autistic spectrum?
There may be someone on the team who has greater insight.

The hotline is primarily for those in crisis and meant to help people back away from the cliff edge. If that is where you are then, wouldn't you say it worked? I mean you're still here and posting on WP, so you aren't "over the edge". If you're calling them with the idea that they are going to help you through your depression, and get over a lot of your suicidal ideation you're aimed in the wrong direction. You need a regular mental health practitioner to work through all of that.

Essentially this forum "The Haven" is for voicing things you're having difficulty with to get peer support.

If you're talking about asking questions like some you asked in above posts; I have to ask if those are things that are giving you distress? Are making you suicidal or are you just curious

That's the beauty of the ending. By ending the movie with the car in mid-air, you can make the ending whatever you want. Maybe there was a parachute in the car and they just floated harmlessly to the bottom of the canyon. Maybe a pterodactyl swoops in to save them. Let your imagination run wild with it and don't apologize for it.
