Have you ever watched a film and all was going well until one got to the ending and one thought "What a waste of time?" (Or something similar?)

Why not list them on this thread?

The movie of A Wrinkle in Time starring Oprah Winfrey. What a terrible adaptation of such a great novel!

AGREED!

Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, which I have no desire to add to our collection.

And, People from Space which I unfortunately did.

The Silence of the Lambs, and The Truman Show.

Scariest freaking things I've ever seen.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle

8O I was traumatised. Frankly I wasn't the same for a few weeks. Even now I get intrusive thoughts because of that movie. I should've just walked out the cinema. Ended up having the same nightmare three times in a row. I saw certain scenes flick through my mind when trying to have normal conversations and it was really annoying. This is why I often can't watch horror or gore in general. I remember taking the train with a friend a few days later after seeing the film. We both agreed it was completely unnecessary and deeply scarring.

The Room

Not to be confused with the 2015 Oscar-winning movie of the same name,
everything about this movie was so bad I sometimes wonder why I wanted to watch this at all.

However, this will always be worthy of its status as a cult film in the "so-bad-it's-good" category.

"I did not hit her, I did not! Oh, Hi mark."

The 2015 Oscar winner is just called Room by the way, not The Room.

^^
How Tommy Wiseau got the $6 million for the movie's budget is just beyond
everyone's comprehension even to this day.

Watch The Disaster Artist first.

Three of my favourite films there

There have been quite a lot of films I wish I hadn't watched because the ending was unsatisfying. Can't seem to remember the names of any at the minute though!

I suffered the misfortune of sitting through a Transformers film with family.

Appalling story, script and acting. The non stop visual effects including shaky cam and fast cuts from one thing to another were disorientating to the point of making me feel unwell.

Not as bad as when I went to see the only 3-D film Ive ever been too. I felt really ill then.

I saw The Silence of the Lambs too, scary stuff, although I love Jody Foster, I been watching her since she was a little girl.

Yep. Took my nephew to see one. I was so nauseous half way through had to run to the bathroom. At the end I had such a horrible migraine I could barely see the road to drive us home. Luckily it was less than 5 minutes away. I was in bed for 3ish days afterwards, with paralysis and missing time because the migraine was so severe.

Never again. I will never watch a movie again that has a warning that could cause seizures (can cause complicated migraines too)

Also, why do action movies have the sound on the action parts twice as loud as the speaking parts?! Seriously, unnecessary! it just makes all the flashing lights from the bombs and muzzle flashes worse.

Ok. End of rant. sorry.

The Star Wars Sequel Trilogy, and Terminator Genisys and Dark Fate.
