I’m a big fan of Tool.

Do you mean prog metal, or metal in general?

As far as prog-ish metal goes, I like Tool, Isis, Neurosis, Meshuggah, Mastodon and Amorphis.

I like prog influenced post-hardcore like At The Drive-In and Envy too.

Opeth and Tool are my favorite bands. Other prog-metal bands I listen to include Gojira, Between the Buried and Me, Mastodon, Meshuggah, Ihsahn, Leprous, and Porcupine Tree (more hard rock than metal). I find that post-black metal bands like Deafheaven, Alcest, Panopticon, and Aggalloch scratch the same itch better than a lot of recent prog-metal (including the recent work of some of the bands I listed earlier). Except for King Crimson I don't listen to very much older prog-rock.

I don't pay much attention to genre labels as they're often misleading, but in terms of that kind of music (vaguely) I like:

Amplifier
Amusement Parks On Fire
And So I Watch You From Afar
Anyone
ASG
Black Lab
Causa Sui
Cave In
D-A-D
Death Cab For Cutie
Dillinger Escape Plan
Embrace
Explosions In The Sky
Filter
Gojira
Gong
Holy f**k
It Bites
Inner Sleeve
Jesu
Karmakanic
Maserati
My Sleeping Karma
Naxatras
North Atlantic Oscillation
Ozric Tentacles
Papir
Pelican
Porcupine Tree
Psychic Lemon
Rotor
Samsara Blues Experiment
Saxon Shore
Secret Machines
Somali Yacht Club
Spaceslug
Spiritualized
Spotlights
Syd Arthur
Tame Impala
Televise
Torche
Turn Me On Dead Man
Wolf People

Some of these are universally good, others very definitely rely on picking the right track.

Favourite things at the moment are "Slide" by Torche, and "Cyclops (the One Eye Love)" by Turn Me On Dead Man.

Oh and "Panzer" by Amplifier.

Rush, Tool, Opeth, Mastodon and Gojira are my main ones. I also like Yes, Pink Floyd, latter era Death and some stuff from Dream Theater, Jethro Tull, Porcupine Tree and The Mars Volta.
