Each of the Star Wars movies has kind of it’s own musical theme but there are some I am uncertain about. Return of the Jedi, The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker are the ones I don’t know which musical cue is their main theme. For the other I do (though I could be wrong)
A New Hope (and pretty much the entire franchise) - The Main Theme
The Empire Strikes Back - The Imperial March
The Phantom Menace - Duel of the Fates
Attack of the Clones - Across the Stars
Revenge of the Sith - Battle of the Heroes
The Force Awakens - Rey’s Theme
Rogue One - Jyn Erso and Hope Suite
Solo - The Adventures of Han
For Return of the Jedi I assume it was either the Ewok theme or the Luke & Leia theme. For The Last Jedi I assume it is Rose’s Theme (Fun with Finn and Rose) and for The Rise of Skywalker I have no idea.
