I am just worried that I might commit an offense without intending to, because my social skills are not that good.

There is a huge difference between committing planned crimes and committing crimes without intending to, such as; Diminished capacity or legal insanity.

Example:

* trespassing without intending to
* taking unpaid items from the store without intending to
* being violent (murder is rare if this situation happened), because your routine changed or you were overwhelmed
* some autistic behaviors that may mistakenly be seen as criminal
* Being too aggressive with your interest and stalking them without intending to.
* harassing people without intending to
* commit rape without intending to, because you thought that your partner let you have sex with her.

Again, these situations are rare. Most people with mental health and developmental disorders are ten times more likely to be victims than being perpetrators.

This topic is not a subject of sexual attraction and porn of children. I am asking a different question of why I am afraid that I may may make some social mistakes and come of as criminal with a misunderstanding, because I have ASD.

I feel paranoid to do anything whatsoever.

It is hard for me to follow all social rules, because I have Pervasive Developmental Disorder and because of that I am afraid I might be committing crimes without meaning to do so.

We get it, non-NT people are more likely to become victims of crime than NT people. Can we just give this subject a rest now, as you just keep repeating yourself.

Thank you! I understood.

I am sorry if I kept repeating myself! Because it is psychology and I wanted to get all my thoughts out.

I will talk about it with my psychologist and psychiatrist.

I just did not like how my childhood was that much, because I have ASD.

Let's imagine I still had a girlfriend and and I ask her if she wants to have sex, she then says "Yes", As soon I have sex with her she changed her mind and doesn't want to have sex and I kept having sex with her, because she did not tell me to "Stop, let's not do sex now", but her body languages is saying stop to me and I still kept having sex with her until she told to "Stop or I will call the police on you" and I was confused, because I am not very good at reading social cues. I understand things in literal ways.

I know about the right and wrong.

I have got into situations where I could have committed criminal offenses (but I didn't). My social skills are bad, but most violent offenses I could commit (in extreme circumstances) would be attacking someone in rage. I am very weak physically and don't dare to attack anyone since I would be beaten to pulp in retaliation.

Still I would be responsible for what I did and I would demand a punishment according to it.

I don't think anyone is really replying here because people who're both psychotic and ASD are more rare.. The only people I ever met with this kind of worry were autistic people with major schizophrenia that I knew when I was homeless, I knew one guy who had this worry because he had met another homeless woman and had just tented up with her, and he was afraid of getting triggered during.. you know...

The only advice I can give is.. If you get a girlfriend, and you have the resources, get counseling, try and set up some safety scenarios and safe words you'll be able to recognize.. Triggers can be *built* as well, with good therapy..

I mean I don't even have schizophrenia, and even I experiment with Pavlov's methods, to overcome some of my own impulse control issues. I have a tendency to uncontrollably vandalize.

It is when the forensic psychologists and judges make conclusions if a criminal meant to commit a crime or not. Usually by making mental evaluation to find out if a person has mental defect or not. Such as diminished capacity or legal inanity defense.
