I had mild diarrhea today. Is it caused by my high stress of Bipolar Disorder?

I know that I am supposed to sleep right now.

I will clean myself, I had an accident and did not mean to poop in my pants.

I am sorry if I made you guys unconformable! I just want to know what is wrong with me!

It turns out I should not drink milk at night before going to sleep.

I sometimes get mild diarrhea for no reason at all. It just happens.
