I'm feeling very paranoid tonight. I took my abilify though.

I'm sober. I dont feel well though. I cannot sleep because I am on edge. Everything feels warped.

Is there anything that you know of that helps?

Melatonin might help get you to sleep but it probably won't address the anxiety.
GABA might help with both.

If you weren't on medications I'd suggest St. John's Wort, but since it works on the same mechanism as some antidepressants I don't think you can mix it with your meds.

Are you able to focus on your breathing to calm yourself?

I sometimes listen to music but right now music is overwhelming. I'm trying to focus on my breathing. It's kind of difficult but it helps.
