Why won't they?

a little-noticed provision of PPACA was that vets are specifically excluded because [in theory only] they can receive care at VA facilities. but nationwide, the VA hospitals are all hopelessly backlogged for years. TRUMPY did this, he decided to enforce that regulation as soon as he was in office. that GD no-good rat-bastard. :x my aspie group helped me get signed onto the VA community care program [a few cooperating docs here and there who contract with the VA]. but that is a very patchwork program and the bureaucracy/red tape is maddening. anyways, that is why i can't be part of the HC exchanges and get that rebate.
