Conspiracies through intuition.
Is the making of a plot/conspiracy always accompanied by verbal or written agreements 
It can come about through spoken or written language, but in my opinion a conspiracy also happens through intuition. People who sense each other, and only the sense is the 'language' with which they give shape to their cunning plan. I think that with George Bush, Tony Blair, Donald Rumsveld, Henk Kamp it is a combination of verbal and written language and the language of intuition. It reminds me of a pack of lions that surround and outwit their enemy/prey purely on instinct.
