For some reason when I wear bra's even when they're really loose I still feel really constricted around my chest especially around my band size. I don't know why I always feel like that it never stops.

I'm not sure what kind of response you want, but you might be able to just stop wearing them if you don't need a lot of support. An undershirt plus well-developed chest muscles provides support.

OMG- lost 60 lbs & you wanna talk about new bra confusion- had NO IDEA that as band size goes down cup size may go up... depending on how a person loses weight... oy!
BUT- I have celiac disease & going grain free reduced my 'belly bloat' - think old man basket-ball belly-ish.... my belly is GONE & so is my "too tight feeling" at the bra band!
It may be what you are eating..?
