Any experience getting Trauma Bonded?

I feel like my life has been affected by getting trauma bonded to people (summer camp bullies, criticism) and ways of thinking (being hesitant to have fun, stuck in learned helplessness) and having conflicts with friends and family.. I always had sympathy for the people abusing me and felt easily aggressive toward family who love me. For example, to stand up and realize that a person is abusive and to push them away somehow does not feel right to me, even though it should!

I can definitely relate to a degree. I always seem to fall for f****d up men. I find nice, normal guys extremely boring, and I get bored quickly. I also feel that with normal people, I have to mask 24/7 and hide my true personality (my dark jokes, my misanthropy, my deep-seated cynicism).

I like my peeps to be dark and twisty, like me.

Same haha. I find goodie-two-shoes boring as hell, and they always get a shock at my jokes!
