If Conduct Disorders includes doing criminal activities and lacking remorse, why do you still go to jail or prison? If crimes is caused by a mental disorder, you should be in a mental hospital, even if you knew what you did was wrong.

I think, and I'm just guessing here, that those who can be treated, and are expected to improve, are sent to mental hospitals. If the disorder in question has no treatment or hope of improvement, than what would be the point or goal of hospitalization?
