I appreciate the people who offer kind words and seem to genuinely care or feel interested in what I have to say, do and offer.. though it feels like not much from my perspective anyhow.

I appreciate the times when I am not stuck with my selective mutism.

I appreciate that I am sure someone loves me as I am.. theirs gotta be at least one person.. in a romantic way. K.. well maybe I just tell myself that :P

Yup ,and they like to bite around the eyes ,scalp ,and if you have loose shorts on ,the nether regions.You can’t really see them ,but you sure do feel them.They come out around dusk, they are worse than mosquitoes here.

Yeah I hate these. In fact anything that bites in terms of insects I really dislike.

In Florida, they are called sand flies. The are common out on the 10,000 Islands and on beaches in the Caribbean.

We have a few here, but not too many.

How long do the no see ums cause trouble in Arkansas? I don't recall having trouble with them when on the Buffalo River.

Are black flies a type of no-see-ums?

I can't stand black flies!! Here they're bad in some areas, until the first day of August.
