How so does Biden have dementia? Just because Trump said he did (it's Trump who wore his pants backward, after all)? If anything, Biden seems to competently have a handle on things.

And we needed to get Trump out of there. I wonder how Trump, say, would have handled vaccine distribution....

That is one way Trump could have "weaponized" vaccines; by denying them to the people he hates -- people of color, immigrants, journalists, scientists, women with opinions, registered Democrats, et cetera.

He has a poor track record with minorities.If he doesn’t want to take their money for rent ,I doubt he would care if they had access to a COVID vaccine.
Instead the vaccine would be distributed to Country Club members during a champagne brunch.
