I believe there is institutional racism.

What I don’t like is assigning the blame to those who don’t participate in it. And who don’t believe in it.

The idea that a white person is automatically racist bothers me.

The majority of white people here are still scarfing down bread.
I think the gluten free thing is trendy right now among younger people and has nothing to do with guilt.
That is the stupidest theory I have ever heard.

Usually the biggest complaints arise when people take something traditionally sacred out of context or when there's a refusal to admit where whatever it might be was sourced from. Groups who've dealt with this for a long time tend to be touchier too.
