Former secretary of state Mike Pompeo has unleashed on the World Health Organisation’s response to COVID-19 arguing the institution “utterly failed” in the “one job it had” which was to “prevent a pandemic”.

“The World Health Organisation – an institution that utterly failed in the one job that it had – preventing a pandemic,” Mr Pompeo said.

“At the moment of crisis, at the crunch point, they sided with Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party and not with the world.”

Mr Pompeo told Fox News’ Trey Gowdy that it’s going to be “hard” to find the answers to the origins of COVID-19 and he called for full transparency from China.

“Someday there will be some brave Chinese person sneak out with the documents, with the paperwork, the logbook from the lab," he said.

"Whatever it takes for us to know.”

Funny, I thought it was Trump's incompetence that failed us all.

I blame Trump for the deaths at least here in America, just as I hold his clone in Brazil accountable for the Covid disaster in his country.

You do realise Xi told Trump, and the world, that the coronavirus would die out in summer.
Shouldn't he also take some of the blame?

Didn't the progressives demand that the borders should stay open?
Didn't the skreams of "XENOPHOBIA" cause the borders to remain open longer than they should have?
So, shouldn't those virtue signalers also be blamed for the carnage in America, to some degree?
