The name is meaningful where I live... for other reasons  (and, generally, being a Polish last name, it's way easier for me to remember it).

An aspie student is quite good with mental calculation, but has a habit of looking up into the sky whenever he does his calculations.  He is a third-year student in a university, major in Computer Science, and he works part time in a convenient store near his uni.  He does not speak much on the job; but he is honest, hard-working, and is well-mannered around the customers.  The shop owner likes him.

One day on his shift, the student was tending the cash register, when suddenly the power went out.  Without the help of the barcode scanner or the computer, the student utilized his knack on calculations and kept serving the customers, working out each bill after a brief moment of sky-gazing.  The shop owner works out the same charges a few times and verifies each one -- the student gets it right every time!  The owner is amazed.

Finally, after the last satisfied customer had left, the owner approaches the student, with uncertainty in his voice he asks: "How can you be so accurate just by staring at the sky?"

"Easily", replies the student. "It is just . . ."

". . . cloud computing!"

I was trouble-shooting my router at home when the following error code was displayed:

"&h12af-bb00-6739-ff00:0001"

According to the user manual, this is how the router says . . .
. . . "IT HURTS WHEN IP".

I have given up social media and am trying to make friends outside Facebook while applying the same practices in real life.

Every day, I walk down the street and tell passers-by what I have eaten, how I feel, what I did the night before, and what I will do tomorrow.  Then I give them pictures of my family, my cat, and me gardening.  I also listen to their conversations and tell them I love them.

And it works.  I already have three people following me . . .

. . . two police officers and a psychiatrist.

Whoever disbelieves the phrase, "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results each time" has never called a Dell help line and followed the instructions given by the "technician" at the other end.

Very funny - stackoverflow can be like that. I’ve stopped answering questions there.
