Its like saying "dont let books do your thinking for you". Its meaningless. No one in creation lets "Utube do their thinking for them" anyway. Utube doesnt even think for itsself. Utube is not the Spanish Inquisition. It has no agenda. Its a neutral platform. For every opinion you see on Utube you can find twenty other vids that give the opposite opinion. Reputable sources, and non reptuable sources alike use it.

So..why do you keep saying the phrase?

Are you purposely striving to earn our contempt? Or what?

Because, in my experience, people who let YouTube (and other social media websites) do their thinking for them are often belligerent, confrontational, and insulting. I simply do not want to be one of those people; and by repeating this “mantra”, I hope to convince others to think this way too.

Why does “Do not let YouTube do your thinking for you” upset you so much? Do you not value independent thought, unfettered by the opinions of people who have no idea what they are talking about? Are you a YouTube contributor? Do you own stock in YouTube?
