I feel considerably less anxious since I started putting all of my tasks into a mind map on my phone/laptop. This allows me to list the high level tasks i have to do and keep them out of my head. Then when I come to do the tasks I can break them down further by adding sub-branches to the mind map. I keep breaking them down until every task is trivial and then everything seems easy :)

Very difficult..

Often say cleaning for example.. once it reaches a stage of untidy, I can't physically clean it without assistance. It's like a break down within a break down.

I finally come to realise looking back why I probably came across lazy, it was just difficult to create an instant method to approach a task. Poor wife.
