If your question is serious, I think it's something that one accepts that flags oneself as in the non-Jesus or Jesus-rejecting group. It might be something physical, as in the little scripture boxes Jews wore on their forehead and hand (which is where the Mark of the Beast is supposed to end up). But it could also be something not actually physical. Old Testament Jews wore the boxes to mark themselves as part of God's "team", but the New Testament is clear that the outer marks no longer apply, but rather, the inner ones are what counts. So it could end up being who one aligns their mind, heart, soul, and strength with.
