Has anyone had success with these to combat cognitive distortions?

What is a CBT card deck? Is it cards with positive phrases on them?

Is it the opposite of Cards Against Humanity?

Cards for Humanity.

No, they're cards used for Closed Beta Testing.

I didn't ask to be made fun of. I really expected understanding especially on this site. Everything seems to be a big joke to some of the people on this site. You can never understand enough until it happens to you. Then again, many autistics DO lack empathy so I guess this is the wrong site to expect understanding.

Sorry, we were just having fun speculating because we don't know what they are.

What are they? How do they help?

We're sorry. This sort of thing is probably why the other aspie forums hold Wrong Planet in such disdain.

This is British banter kind of humour. Taking a phrase and having fun with it.

We didn't mean to make fun of you RightGalaxy.

Perhaps you can help explain what CBT card deck is so you can get a better response rather than light hearted humor. I doubt anyone was intentionally looking to hurt your feelings RightGalaxy. Retro and hurtloam are good people.
