Fair enough, for Election Day 2016 wasn't an insurrection unless one redefines insurrection entirely.

The people were sick of the DC elite ruling class. This isn't about Trump. It is about the fact that we are being ruled by an oligarchy. Whoever the next private citizen to run for president will get the same treatment.

No, it has everything to do with Trump and his cult of personality. The rioters said they were there to overturn the Presidential election and restore Trump to the White House. That, and the fact that they resent the change in demographics, and fear they'll have to share power with non-white Americans.
The next "private citizen" in the White House will be treated the same if he or she is also an incompetent wannabe strongman like Trump.

If the MAGAs were hoping she would get a state funeral they will be sadly dissapointed.

Its only a pity more of them weren't sent to hell. As I said before a mob of black or Arab Americans and they would have sent jet planes to take out the crowds.
