Depends on the intention behind it. I touched on It briefly on another thread a while back. I think both men and women should let stuff like this slide if there is an element of it being a misguided playful act. Being able to look the other way is an essential life skill imo.

The thought of me hauling a woman to court and having to drag myself to the police, regularly see a solicitor and attend court just for the sake of punishing a woman who touched my fully clothed penis is just really going out of my way for petty vengeance.

At the end of the day what harm has really been done?
