Just making stuff up because that's what this thread is for.

Paris Hilton is what I call a neurotypical savant. She has no mental skills at all except for a hyper developed ability to socialize.

It could be all masking.

Her...AND the whole Kardashian clan. Kim, Chloe etc.

I assume that you're joking about Paris Hilton being aspie, so I am...joking along ...by proposing the Kardashian sisters :D .

There is a South Park ep where she gets her head blown off and the rest of her is still able to function perfectly well. I agree with it.

Here is an interesting article that hypothesizes that Syd Barrett had Asperger's:

Yes I am joking sarcastically, because most of the celebrities mentioned in this thread have no evidence anywhere that they might on the spectrum, so I thought I will just go along with it.

Dan Aykroyd is a piece of work. He is first quoted as being diagnosed with Asperger's and later is quoted as saying he's self-diagnosed. His rational of his self diagnosis is far from convincing.

Gotta admit, he's pretty weird regardless.

Nobody could have been officially diagnosed with Aspergers before 1994.

Paris Hilton
Sarah Jessica Parker

By the way these are just random celebrities with no evidence that any of them are on the spectrum but is easy to just say on an autism forum.

None of those people are close to having autism, just a bunch of normies.

I know that, but isn't the point of this thread to 'diagnose' random famous people?

The difference between us and celebs with ASD is that most of us didn't pay for a very expensive psychologist to give us the desired result.

You know of a psychologist who treats ASD successfully. Please let us know who they are

After watching multiple interviews with Cyndi Lauper, I too am curious to know what is up with her.

Mountain Goat, do you have some insight that the persona she presents is not authentic? It seems like an odd persona to create for her career. But I do believe that ASD people can and do sometimes do this. However most public figures show a public persona that is not quite their authentic self.

Her history and presentation certainly suggest she has a developmental disability. I wouldn't guess ASD though.

This makes no sense. Since when has getting an autism diagnosis been "desireable"?

There have been celebs who publicly labeled themselves. For example Jerry Seinfeld. But he said that he "read up on it and decided that that sounds like me". He didnt "pay a shrink to diagnose him" any desired way.

Cyndi Lauper hasn't got an (undiagnosed) ASD, it is just something invented by Aspies here.
