Canada has only ten, but manages one with a "q'. Quebec.

Australia has only seven states and territories, but has one. Queensland.

But the US has fifty states, and i dont know how many territories. But doesnt have any with the letter q.

American Samoa
Puerto Rico
Guam
US Virgin Islands
Northern Mariana Islands
