Im 23 and still very socially incapable. I dont have and friends and i dont even know how to meet new people etc. I mean i dont even have enough acquaintances and i have a small social circle. After 1 year of coronavirus break i need to go to university this year and im afraid of isolation.

What do you think ? and do you have similar problems

your social skills will improve, especially in a University environment , due to overall exposure to large amounts of people . my advice is to research on youtube & google .. how to make conversation . i imagine it can be very difficult for some people . like anything .. the more you try , the easier it will become .

at university, you are to some extent lodged together with people who share an interest with you - the thing you're going to study.
You'll have things to talk about.

I’m 60. Ive always had a “small social circle”—yet have never been truly isolated.

A “small social circle” isn’t bad at all.
