My friends ( Landlords ) were murdered by a tenant, the beginning of this month. I guess the worm turneth...

A guy I used to carpool with murdered the old lady who rented him a room in her house. It was bloody, he beat in her head I believe. Well, he'll die in prison. The irony is his dad used to be a prison guard!

We have to remember that overall, these events are rare, but news sources look for the unusual and extreme in order to capture their audience's attention.
