I recently did something that some other people didn't approve of and though I don't expect much from them, I would like to apologize for what I did and work on being a better friend.

What are some tips?

Say sorry? Not sure. Depends on the situation to know how the best way to apologize is.

I recognize that some of these people may not want to be around me anymore and I accept that but I think they do feel I owe them an apology.

Do you feel comfortable telling us the general nature of what you did, and what kind of impact it had on the other people? That would help us in brainstorming an apology for it.
