It's like my automatic pilot doesn't work at all. I have to consciously think about everything I do or I run into things and etc. Things like walls and trees no joke.

Sure. But anything that isn't under the control of the old automatic fish part of the brain I have to think about or it goes wrong.

I can walk and text at the same time without bumping into things.

I'm able to walk, eat, while listening at the same time, without bumping into something, and can also jaywalk while at it.

And no, none of them are auto pilot.
Walking and watching where I'm going most especially.
My vestibular sense is so sensitive, I constantly sense if I'm balanced as I stand. Nevermind other badly filtering senses, let alone activities.

Yes, I can even include breathing while at it -- it's one of the very few things that refuses to leave me alone.
Because I can literally feel it -- I struggle with it too sometimes because my nose is clogged or swollen half the time and is sometimes on a verge of sneezing.

I have to even my breathing and relax certain respiratory organs to not escalate, not make a stupid mess and noise in a damn mask...

Also other symptoms while at it like headaches.
If I wear earplugs, I'd end up hearing a lot of breathing really loudly, and making me very conscious and manual about breathing at all.
