At the moment I do a full body workout with weights 3 days a week.

Do you think I should increase weightlifting to 4 days
a week?

Why? Process of lifting weights itself is harmful, all the beneficial stuff happens over a few days after the workout, first your body recovers from the damage then it slowly grows a little stronger. To make weightlifting beneficial overall, your regimen should provide more benefit than damage.

I personally lift weights twice a week.

What benefit do you think there is in increasing to 4 days?

Then even 3 full body workouts a week might be too much depending on your workout plan. If your muscle mass growth is slower than you expect, you might need to reduce frequency, not increase.
